Approaching the new year, we’d like to look back on 2021 and review its reflection on Monocrom and its growing family.
In terms of revenue, we had an exceptional year with an overall growth of more than 60% compared to 2020. We flourished as a laser manufacturer for global companies, welcoming new projects and laser developments and addressing new markets and sectors.
Our family grew during 2021, attracting new talent for all key areas of the company. Our HR experts played a crucial role this year by taking special care of new and old team members, keeping us all safe and healthy.
2021 has been a very challenging year, with the COVID 19 pandemic still active and making strides to many industries and sectors. We had to overcome uncertainty on a daily base and keep up with the rapid pace of change, and we can now say that WE DID GREAT.
Many international events didn’t happen and we missed the chance to say “Hello” in person again. We do believe 2022 will be better in this sense and will allow us to travel a bit more. We’d like to invite you to have a look at our event agenda for 2022, we have already marked some spots around the globe.
For 2022, our efforts will be focused on strengthening our key assets: quality, innovation, and competitiveness.
