Position summary:

We are looking for a Junior Quality Engineer to join our team in Vilanova i la Geltrú. The role bridges engineering and production, focusing on product industrialization and quality control. Key tasks include reviewing technical drawings, drafting work procedures, and leading improvement projects

Position reports to: Quality Manager

As an Application Solution Manager you would:

• Link between the engineering and production departments during the industrialization phase

• Supervision of component drawings and participation in product development

• Drafting of work procedures (assembly instructions, quality control checkpoints, etc.)

• Support in the design and implementation of quality control checkpoints

• Floating quality control throughout the production process (CNC, final assembly, etc.)

• Leadership of multidisciplinary projects: reduction of internal/external rejections, product design improvements

• Review of external rejections reported by the customer
