R&D Project Manager
Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
As a Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with both the research and production teams to develop innovative new products and enhance existing ones.

Position reports to: PMO
Responsibilities:
- Plan together with the team the chronogram for the project development.
- Define the working effort and elaborate planning for tasks by defining resources required for the development.
- Plan and monitor budget and timeline during the project development.
- Coordinate technical services of the organization from the development stage to the pre-industrialization.
- Coordinate and prioritize the activities between the project team members.
- Be the contact person between the team members and the sales team.
- Be in contact with clients when developing client-oriented solutions.
- Supply complete documentation once the project is finished and collaborate with the production department when transferring the new R&D Project Results into new products to pre-series such as testing procedures, ECV, etc.
- Review the creation of technical specifications, user manual, technical reports and operation instructions when needed.
- Contact suppliers to purchase services or materials and ensure that the specifications and delivery time are fulfilled.
- Contribute to continuous product and process improvement efforts.
Requirements:
- Legally authorized to work in the EU.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player, with excellent communication skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Over two years of project management experience in industrial sectors (experience in R&D projects is a plus).
- Advanced knowledge in project management tools (e.g., Lynx).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Flexibility to work varying hours if needed.
Preferred Background:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related technical fields.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
