R&D Project Manager<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Position Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.<\/p>\n

As a Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with both the research and production teams to develop innovative new products and enhance existing ones.<\/p>\n

This is an opportunity for someone to participate in the growth of the company as we are looking for a motivated self-starter to help take the company to the next level.<\/p>\n

Position reports to: PMO<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Plan together with the team the chronogram for the project development.<\/li>\n
  • Define the working effort and elaborate planning for tasks by defining resources required for the development.<\/li>\n
  • Plan and monitor budget and timeline during the project development.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate technical services of the organization from the development stage to the pre-industrialization.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate and prioritize the activities between the project team members.<\/li>\n
  • Be the contact person between the team members and the sales team.<\/li>\n
  • Be in contact with clients when developing client-oriented solutions.<\/li>\n
  • Supply complete documentation once the project is finished and collaborate with the production department when transferring the new R&D Project Results into new products to pre-series such as testing procedures, ECV, etc.<\/li>\n
  • Review the creation of technical specifications, user manual, technical reports and operation instructions when needed.<\/li>\n
  • Contact suppliers to purchase services or materials and ensure that the specifications and delivery time are fulfilled.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to continuous product and process improvement efforts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

    Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Legally authorized to work in the EU.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work effectively as a team player, with excellent communication skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.<\/li>\n
    • Over two years of project management experience in industrial sectors (experience in R&D projects is a plus).<\/li>\n
    • Advanced knowledge in project management tools (e.g., Lynx).<\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n
    • Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).<\/li>\n
    • Flexibility to work varying hours if needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred Background:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related technical fields.<\/li>\n
      • Master\u2019s degree is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
