Vertical Diode Lasers
Vertical diode laser assemblies, efficiently cooled with conduction or millimeter water channels cooling circuit. Our vertically structured packages are mounted with a Patented Solder-free Clamping™ technique that allows high cooling efficiency and large operation and storage temperature range. The Innovative Monocrom Clamping™ technology , designed and developed by Monocrom, eliminates the undesired “smile effect” and prolongs laser lifetime.
Choose between different architectures, number of laser bars per stack and tune the central wavelength to your needs. Full range of wavelength offered: 760 nm, 808nm, 880 nm, 915 nm, 940 nm, 976 nm, 1060 nm, 1470 nm, 1550 nm, 1940 nm.
Single Emitters
Single Emitters: Laser diode modules based on single emitters.
Wavelengths between 375 nm – 1550 nm are available in a range of power that starts below 1mW and scales up to some watts.
We can add optics, mechanics and electronics to fit customer’s demands.
Direct Diode Lasers
Direct diode lasers in a broad range of power levels and emission wavelengths designed for the most demanding industrial and medical applications that deliver up to 8 kW of power in continuous wave (CW).
Our diode laser stacks are mounted with Monocrom Solder-free laser bar Clamping™ technology, cooled efficiently, conductively or with real water macro channels for a low maintenance cost.
Our direct diode laser sources have matched the very demanding parameters of industrial applications such as heat-assisted roll-forming of ultra-high strength steel and bending of high strength steel in an industrial servo press for continuous die processing.
Fiber-coupled Lasers
Fiber-coupled Lasers
Highly efficient fiber coupled diode lasers with Monocrom Solder-free laser bar Clamping™ technology. The lack of a “smile” effect results in an optimum coupling efficiency to the optical fiber. We also provide wavelength stabilized fiber-coupled laser modules with a grating for wavelength locking. Having a low smile results in an exceptionally well-controlled feedback, which increases the locking efficiency and production repeatability.
For the most demanding applications of high brightness (radiance), we offer fiber-coupled high power diode laser systems capable of delivering 1 kW in power in continuous wave (CW) at a single wavelength.

Reliable laser pumping units that operate in quasi continous wave (QCW).
A cylindrical symmetry design allows rotation of the pumping chamber giving flexibility during the production and optimization of a laser system.
The pumping laser diode bars are mounted using our patented solder-free Clamping™ technology.
No mechanical stress Our patented solder-free technology is used in our diode bars stacks. Thanks to it clamped bars expand and contract freely during the thermal cicles of the pulsed regime avoiding mechanical stress.

QCW Pumping Source pumping source operates in quasi continous wave (QCW) mode.
It delivers excellent gain uniformity and lensing performance.
It includes its own capacitor bank and driver so the high current pulses are generated in the module itself, reducing the losses and complexity of the electrical setup and easing the control and synchronization of different gain modules by means of software.

DAE-20050 is a compact and powerful laser diode driver. Current waveforms can be CW, modulated or pulsed up to 200A.
This driver includes a 32bit communication port. Commands allow the full control of the driver features (pulse generation, current level, temperature limits, pulse’s counter…) while keeping a great amount of information thanks to all the voltage, photodiode, temperatures, delayed trigger for syncs…).
DAE-20050 has been designed to support high power laser applications. An internal water circuit is bases for high demanding a Block diagram μC with an USB 2.0 signals available (current level, embedded in the applications
Analog Laser Drivers
DRV-CV-PS200 converts a power supply from PBA series by Cosel to a laser driver.
It is designed for laser pulses >5 ms.
Its configuration is far more compact than a conventional laser diode driver since it eliminates the need for large capacitors,
and associated electronics, increasing reliability and reducing cost.
DRV-CV-PS200 includes an internal security actuator which protects the laser diode against a possible power supply failure or a connection error.

FLEX M-2000 Series
Introducing FLEX M-2000 Series, Fiber coupled solution in the 2 µm wavelength range (2000 nm laser) for Soft Tissue Surgery, Laser Lithotripsy and Endourology procedures.
In the new M-2000 the wavelength can be customized to successfully match the absorption peak of the targeted tissue. In this way, high ablation rate is assured, leading to better treatment results and shorter procedures.
This is suitable for Medical applications. This solution comes to the market to solve the wavelength limitations and as a cost-efficient alternative of others, commonly used lasers, such as solid-state Holmium:YAG and Thulium fiber lasers. While the wavelength emission of these lasers do not exactly match the water peak absorption around 2 µm, FLEX M-2000 offers the possibility to adjust the wavelength by design to perfectly match the water peak absorption, which results in a more efficient ablation.
Broad variety of optical fiber core diameters are offered to best match application needs.
