Jornadas Laser AIMEN 2019

Monocrom is sponsoring the XV Workshop on Materials Processing with Laser Technology that will take place on 17th and 18th October 2019 in O Porriño (Pontevedra). The Conference is organized by AIMEN Technology Centre within the International Laser Week (14-18 OCT) and focusses on the latest achievements in laser technologies applied in manufacturing.

The event is a mix of talks, workshops, technical demonstrations, social events and networking and is an obliged meeting point for laser manufacturers, end users and researchers of the material processing industry. It aims to promote awareness of laser technology for material processing, facilitate communication between the main players of the industry, encourage discussion and collaboration.

We have planned also a talk on Oct 17 at 13:40 presented by Dr. Eduard Carbonell from Monocrom. The theme this time is a Flexible, Cost-Effective Laser Solution for Thermal-Assisted Bending of High-Strength Steels. Dr. Eduard Carbonell is a R&D Engineer in Monocrom, with a PhD in Physics and MSc in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology. He focusses on Laser Manufacturing and Solid State Laser Solutions for Industrial Applications.
