Turning Point #10: Adapting with Monocrom. Albert Isern, CTO of Monocrom.

Albert Isern, Technical Director of Monocrom.

The case of Monocrom—a ‘turning point’—is that of a company that produces lasers for golfers, for nuclear power plants, and—ultimately—even for missions to Mars with the European Space Agency.

A Catalan company that designs lasers for measuring distances, restoring works of art, and even traveling to the planet Mars. This is the story of Monocrom.

In addition to the ability to adapt, I met with Albert Isern, technical director at Monocrom. His company specializes in laser components, but a significant amount of work is still required to modify them to suit the client’s needs.

In this episode, we are also joined by Joan Martí, Director of Business Strategy at ACCIÓ. “The most competitive companies share a common denominator: the ability to adapt and to operate at the right time and in the right direction.”
